Onward Education is partnering with a school district in Lincoln County to hire a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2026-2027 school year.
Location: Lincoln County, CO
Start Date: 08/03/2026
End Date: 05/28/2027
Schedule: 5 days/week
Grade Level: Pre - 12th grade
Hours: 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students across four school sites.
- Complete assessments and evaluations as part of the special education process.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, providing input and documentation related to student progress and needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students in accessing their education.
Qualifications:
- Must hold or be eligible for Colorado OT licensure.
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
