Onward Search Education is a specialized education staffing and talent solutions company that helps educators, therapists, and school health professionals find rewarding opportunities with school districts nationwide. We're currently partnering with school districts in Oakland County and Macomb County, Michigan to support multiple school based openings for the 2026-2027 school year.

This role supports early childhood through early elementary students across resource, self contained, and early childhood special education settings.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing compliant, student centered IEPs

• Providing differentiated instruction across special education settings

• Monitoring progress and adjusting instruction as needed

• Supporting students with academic, social emotional, and behavioral growth

• Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Special Education teaching license

• Early Childhood-General and Special Education (ZN) endorsement preferred

• Experience supporting students with CI, SLD, OHI, ASD, LD, and SLI

• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
