We're currently partnering with a school district in Maricopa County, Arizona to hire a full-time, school-based Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2026-2027 school year. This role supports students across a K-12 setting and offers a collaborative, student-centered environment.

Position Details

• Location: Onsite | Maricopa County, AZ
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week | Monday-Friday
• School Year: 2026-2027

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, and functional life skills development

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License
• NBCOT Certification (Required)
• School-based and/or pediatric experience preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
