We're partnering with a school in Isanti County, MN to hire a dedicated Audiologist. The Audiologist provides hearing evaluations, audiological assessments, and consultative services to support students with hearing and auditory needs. This role helps ensure students can effectively access educational instruction and school activities by identifying hearing-related barriers, recommending appropriate accommodations and assistive technology, and collaborating with educational teams to promote student success.

Position Details:
Start Date: August 17, 2026
End Date: October 12, 2026
Schedule: 12 hours per week
Location: In Person, Hybrid, or Remote, 12 hours
School Year: 2026/2027

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations to assess communication and related auditory needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to address articulation, fluency, voice, and language development
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Recommend assistive technology, accommodations, and modifications to improve educational access
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and service logs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration to support student success

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license and school-based credentials
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with school-aged children in educational or clinical settings
  • Knowledge of IEP processes, special education laws, and evidence-based therapy practices
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload and adapt services to meet diverse student needs
