We're excited to share a new opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist in Thurston County, WA for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time role offers the chance to support a diverse caseload of students from opportunities of preschool through high school within a collaborative and supportive school environment.
Position Details:
- Location: Thurston County, WA
- Position Type: Full-Time | 2026-2027 School Year
- Grade Levels: Preschool through High School roles available
- Compensation: $55 - $65 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services including assessment, diagnosis, and therapy.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams.
- Support students with a wide range of communication needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and communicate regularly with families and staff.
Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State SLP License.
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate required.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience in a school setting preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
