We're partnering with a school district in Middlesex County, Massachusetts to hire a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Extended School Year (ESY) services.

The BCBA will support students with behavioral, social, and emotional needs by designing and overseeing evidence-based behavior supports. This role collaborates closely with educators, families, and support staff to promote positive student outcomes and a supportive learning environment.

Position Details

• Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• School Year/Program: ESY 2026
• Dates: July 6, 2026 - July 30, 2026
• Setting: In-person / on-site
• Schedule: Flexible (hours generally fall between 8:30am-3:00pm)
• Hours: Part-time to full-time options (district is flexible)
• Student Population/Grade Levels: Elementary (M-Th); support may be district-wide depending on need

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to identify student needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students across school settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies.
• Train and support school staff in evidence-based behavioral practices and data collection methods.
• Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain required documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and ethical standards related to behavioral services.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children in school-based/educational settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, functional assessments, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams and families.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
